Handpump
The
Handpump is designed for use in areas where compressed air is not
available and is capable of delivering pressures up 20MPa. An adjustable
relief valve allows for the Handpump to be set to deliver the desired
output pressure. The Handpump can be supplied with our without a
pressure gauge fitted. The Handpump has a 1” BSP fitting for
connection to a water delivery line and is supplied with a 4m hose
and nozzle for connecting to Jackpots and Jackpacks. |

Airpump
The NCM Airpump is designed to install mine
support where compressed air is available. The Airpump is connected
to a water supply hose and to a compressed air supply hose and
an internal diaphragm is driven by the compressed air to intensify
the water pressure on the downstream side of the pump to pressures
of up to 18MPa, dependant on the supply pressure of the compressed
air.
The Airpump is controlled by operating the trigger on the Safety
Pistol connected to the delivery hose. By squeezing the trigger
the pump is activated and the pressurised water is delivered to
the nozzle. When the trigger is released the Airpump is shut off
and the pressure to the nozzle is released.
The connectors for both the air and water delivery
hoses are standard 1” BSPT Female fittings. |

High Pressure Airpump
The NCM High Pressure Airpump (HAP) is designed
to install mine support where compressed air is available. The HAP
pump is connected to a water supply hose and to a compressed air
supply hose and an internal diaphragm is driven by the compressed
air to intensify the water pressure on the downstream side of the
pump to pressures of up to 30MPa (4350psi), dependant on the supply
pressure of the compressed air.
The
HAP is controlled by operating the trigger on the Safety Pistol
connected to the delivery hose. By squeezing the trigger the pump
is activated and the pressurised water is delivered to the nozzle.
When the trigger is released the HAP is shut off and the pressure
to the nozzle is released.
By using a Combinozzle, which automatically adjusts the delivery
pressure, the HAP can be used to install Hydrabolts, X-Pandabolts
and Jackpots.
The connectors for both the air and water delivery
hoses are standard 1” BSPT Female fittings. |

Combi-Nozzle
The
Combi-Nozzle is used when installing both Jackpots and Hydrabolts
using the same high pressure pump. The nozzle automatically detects
whether it is connected to a Jackpot or a Hydrabolt.
If it is connected to a Jackpot then a port is opened
to the 13 MPa PRV on the nozzle. When the
pressure inside the Jackpot reaches 13 MPa then
the PRV on the Combi-Nozzle relieves water until
the trigger on the pistol is released. If the nozzle
is connected to a Hydrabolt the 13 MPa PRV is
shut off and when the Hydrabolt reaches 25 MPa
then the 25 MPa PRV on the Safety Pistol relieves
water until the trigger is released.

Hose Protector
The
hose protector is designed to protect hoses where they enter the
Airpump and High Pressure Airpump and thereby increases the life
of hoses and improves productivity. |
