New Concept Mining (NCM), a dedicated ground support solutions provider, has been in existence since 1986. NCM’s focus on ground support for underground mines has allowed us to create innovative ground support solutions for some of the world’s most challenging mining conditions.
NCM was acquired by Epiroc in 2019 to become New Concept Mining Powered by Epiroc. Through the acquisition, NCM has become the dedicated ground support division of Epiroc globally. Combining the specialised ground support solutions of NCM and the global reach of Epiroc ,has improved our ability to support customers around the globe.
Specialising in difficult ground conditions, our strategy is to collaborate with our customers to develop ground support solutions that improve safety and mining efficiencies. In order to achieve this, NCM has considerable in-house Rock Engineering, Mining and Engineering competencies within our service, design and production teams. Our design philosophy allows us to create customised solutions to suit specific mine requirements and it is our goal to create a ground support solution for customers, allowing them to spend more time mining.
